human-centered, grounded in systemic thinking and aligned with purpose.
My work is built on real business experience — and a clear intention to change how growth feels.
Before becoming a coach and consultant, I spent over 20 years inside the corporate - business world.
I’ve led teams, shaped strategies, launched ideas and faced complexity head-on.
That’s why I don’t show up as an outsider — I bring perspective shaped by lived perspective, not abstract models.
I work with people and organizations in transition.
Not just to help them adapt, but to help them lead their next chapter with clarity and purpose.
My approach is grounded in three pillars:

◎ Coach Supervisor & Mentor: I mentor and supervise fellow coaches, helping them deepen their practice, refine their methodology and strengthen their professional voice.
◎ Author: Ι am the co-author of a university-level handbook on Career Counseling and Leadership — grounded in international research, applied knowledge, and contemporary best practices.
My foundations in the world of coaching, consulting and mentoring are far from theoretical.
Having earned deep insights through a multifaceted career, I now combine hands-on experience with strategic thinking and evidence-based methodology.
◎ I bring over 20 years of experience in the private sector, in leadership roles focused on strategic growth, branding and team development.
◎ I have built and scaled my own businesses — with vision and clear intent.
◎ I’m currently deepening my expertise in organizational consulting through the CSAP Mastering in Systemic Management.
